These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to catering services provided by Tamleigh Catering. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. A quote is based on the event details you give us and is valid for the period stated on it. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the menu and terms with you in writing and any required deposit has been received.

Menus and pricing

Menus are tailored to each event and priced accordingly. Prices may be affected by guest numbers, menu choices, ingredient availability and event requirements. We will confirm final pricing in your quote before any booking is confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change guest numbers, the menu or the event date, let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellation and deposit terms will be set out in your quote or booking confirmation.

Dietary requirements and allergies

We will accommodate dietary requirements and allergies wherever possible when you tell us in advance. While we take care in preparing food, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment; please make any serious allergy known to us in writing before your event.

Equipment and hired items

Any equipment we supply — such as tablecloths, chafing dishes, hot trays, serving utensils and other items — remains our property and must be returned in good condition. You may be liable for the cost of items lost or damaged while in your care.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
